Hi, my name is Lizzie. I was on the streets and a nice lady took me in. She couldn't care for me any longer so asked if the ladies at Cat Adoption Team would help me out. They did and when I was spayed they found out that I am FIV positive. That doesn't matter much to me because I am still loveable and enjoy getting attention and petted. I am healthy and would like a home to call my own. I have silky soft fur and great weight. Hi, my name is Zettie. I came from a kill shelter where I was turned in from the streets. I have been neutered, up to date on shots and tested negative for Leukemia and microchipped. I tested positive for FIV. If you do understand FIV you know that I am pretty normal, but just need to eat nutritional food and be cared for like you would any other kitty. Meet Ricky. A big ol' love bug. Ricky was a stray when he came to us. His ear had been tipped,indicating that he had been neutered already. We took him to the vet and it was determined he was FIV +. This has not slowed him down at all. He is a healthy boy. Ricky does not have any teeth. It doesn't stop him from eating though, he LOVES to eat. He loves to be in your lap and getting lots of lovin'. He lives in a house full of cats. Most he likes, some, not so much. But he can't hurt them and since he does not have teeth and has been neutered, he cannot spread FIV. He is a wonderful boy, who would love to have a lap to call his own! |

Hi, my name is Gus. My Daddy got sick and had to turn me and my 3 friends into the shelter. My house mates tested Negative for FIV and I tested Positive, so I'm special and need a special home. I am used to being with other kitties and I miss them badly. I love love love humans and enjoy having kitty companions. If you have a FIV+ kitty that I could be friends with or would like to know more about the disease let us know. I am healthy but just need good nutrition and good care to keep me healthy.
